RF Optimization Engineer
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
Responsibilities:• Ensures Site Audit, Band Scan, Dominance Planning, Traffic Balancing, Adjacency and Frequency Planning, Parameter Design and Drive Testing
• Ensures drive test coverage, C/I test and handoff performance of new and existing cell sites using drive test tools/equipments
• Able to analyze drive test and statistical data; and recommend long and short term solution that could optimize the network either through RF and parameter optimization
• Able to specify hardware and parameter changes to improve network performance.
• Able to conduct technical site survey and commissioning of Node-B or e-Node B.
• Able to oversee changes in RF design/ cell parameters to optimize network performance.
• Able to perform Radio Frequency Interference testing to eliminate internal and external interference in the network.
• Able to use network dimensioning/planning tools like NetAct Planner/Huawei UNET and MapInfo.
• Able to conduct data collection to determine missing neighbors, pilot pollution, coverage, capacity, interference problem using GENEX PROBE/TEMS?Nemo as drive test tools.
• Able to perform PS (FTP and HTTP) connectivity test to ensure the maximum performance of data transfer.
• Able to organize, attend, conduct presentations, and participate RF optimization meeting with customer.
• Able to initiate and generate technical proposal and recommendations to internal and external customer.
• Able to troubleshoot network problems through KPI and counter analysis
Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): knowledge in using huawei tools such as genex probe, genex assistant and genex nastar, knowledge in optimization tools such as nemo outdoor/tems/actix analyzer, able to perform single site verification and cluster optimization using drive test and post-processing tools, knowledge on O&M procedures, Familiar with 2G/3G Huawei/Nokia equipments, knowledge in using 2G/3G scanner test equipment
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.

Microwave/ BTS Engineer
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
Responsibilities: * Performed Technical Site Survey and Prepare TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report)
* Able to perform Radio Frequency Interference testing to eliminate internal and external interference in the network
* Prepare materials needed om site
* Installation, Commissioning, Integration & Troubleshooting of RBS/ BTS (Node-B or e-Node B) and Microwave SDH/ PDH Radio equipment.
* Antenna alignment and orientation
* Performed sweep test (VSWR and return loss) for antenna system
* Check progress work activities to ensure the compliance of the plans and specification and maintain standard quality workmanship of the project.
* Daily report for Site Status
* Able to organize, attend, conduct presentations, and participate in Technical meeting with customer.
* Able to initiate and generate technical proposal and recommendations to internal and external customer.
* Rectify all substandard installation and configuration of telecom equipment
* Update existing as-built drawings for the changes occurred
* Turn-Over of projects to Client
Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Familiar with Huawei/ Nokia/ Ericson/ NEC/ Alcatel-Lucent equipment. working experience in different line of expertise in the field of Telecommunications, which involves installation, commissioning, testing, integration, troubleshooting and PAT of 3G Node-B, 2G BTS and SDH/ PDH Transmission facilities.
* Competent and reliable professional with a proven track record in handling increasing level of responsibility.
* Energetic and self-motivated team player. Proven ability to work in both independent and team environment.
* Must have solid background and working knowledge in telecoms instrument/ Equipment.
